Incoming outgoing server Settings port to configure Microsoft Outlook 2010 to connect Gmail , Hotmail , outlook.com , Yahoomail and AOL

The following table provides information on configuring Microsoft Outlook 2010 to connect different Email providers namely yahoomail.com , Gmail.com , AOL.com , Hotmail.com , Live.com , Outlook.com to send and receive emails.

In the following table, * represents the type of encrypted connection to be used in More settings -> Internet Email settings -> advanced tab.

In Microsoft Outlook 2010, you have to give following information in order to add your email account to outlook.

In the following step, you have to give (3)Incoming mail server and (4)Outgoing mail server.

Internet email settings

In following step, you have to give (8) Incoming server (POP3) Port No. and (10) Outgoing server(SMTP) Port No.
