Today I'm going to explain you one of the most frequent doubts asked by newbies regarding Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Outlook 2010 is an productive suite comes with Microsoft Office 2010 through which we can send and receive emails from our desktop itself. You can send and receive emails from different Web email providers like Yahoomail ,Hotmail , outlook.com , Live.com and Gmail.com using Microsoft Outlook 2010.
b) Click on the ' File ' as shown in the following image
c)Click on ' Add Account ' as shown in the following image.
d)After clicking ' Add Account ', a window get opened on your screen. Select 'Manually configure server settings or additional server types' and click on ' Next '.
e)After clicking ' Next ', select ' Internet E-mail ' as shown in below image and press ' Next '.
f)You'll be directed to Internet email setting windows as shown.
Kindly fill up the form as mentioned using numbers in circle
In the above window,Enter the input as mentioned in the following steps.
(Each number refers to the red circle number in image)
(1) Enter your Name
(2) Enter your Email address of yahoomail you want to associate.
(3) Enter ' pop.mail.yahoo.com ' without ' ' .
(4) Enter ' smtp.mail.yahoo.com ' without ' ' .
(5) Enter your Email address of yahoomail you want to associate connect with outlook.com
(6) Enter your Yahoomail password associated with your entered email address.
g) After you entered respective values into the text boxes, You'll see more settings enabled on right side of the window as shown in image below.
h) Click on ' More Settings ' and you'll be directed to following window.
i) Click on ' Outgoing Server ' and check ' My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication ' as shown above.
j) After checking , click on ' Advanced ' and the following window appears.
k) In the above window ,Enter the input as mentioned in the following steps.

(8) Enter '995' without ' ' .
(9) Click on the box to mark it.
(10) Enter '465' without ' '.
(11) Click on down facing arrow symbol and select ' SSL ' from drop-down list and Press ' OK '.
You are going to see following window appearing on the screen and after status shows ' Completed '.
Click on close.
After clicking , The following window appears notifying you have succesfully configured | connected Microsoft Outlook 2010 with your Yahoomail.com .
The above procedure can be followed for connecting Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Gmail.com, Hotmail ( Any microsoft related email service like live.com , msn.com , outlook.com ) and AOL.
You have to just change the 'Incoming mail server' in (3) and 'Outgoing mail server' in (4). And you have to give port number in (8) and (10) which differs for different email service providers.

The following is the procedure to Connect | Configure Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Yahoomail , Hotmail , Outlook.com , Live.com , AOL and Gmail.
a) Click on Microsoft Outlook 2010 icon in your start menu to open it.b) Click on the ' File ' as shown in the following image
